Happy Birthday Jake!

For Jake's Birthday this year, we went on a picnic lunch and then went swimming for the first time this summer. It was so much fun! (We did however, get attacked by ants during our picnic, but Ethan drooled all over them and showed them who was boss!) After that we went swimming and then went out to dinner at Maggianos "Little Italy" - mmmmmm. When we got home, SURPRISE!!! - all of Jake's friends were waiting at our house and we had a big party for him - I think he knew what was coming though. Oh well, it was fun anyway:) Happy 26th Birthday to Jake!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

We had an awesome 4th of July. Our good friends the Bills(their baby was born just 3 hours after Ethan) and us bought the boys little matching outfits for the day. Can't get cheesier than that, but they looked so stinking cute. We are also the Activity chairmen in the ward so we put together the whole ward breakfast and had a great turn out. Afterwords we went with the ward and played softball in a muddy field and had a blast. The next American thing to do was to go to sonic and get some Fresh Fruit Strawberrie slushie's, so we did. Later that night we had a BBQ with a bunch of friends and watched the fireworks. It was a fuuuuuuuuuun day. The best part about it was that Ethan LOVED the fireworks. He didn't take his eyes off them. He just stared at them until the very last one went off.

Ethan's Blessing

It's official!! Ethan finaly has been blessed and his name is official, which means he is no longer at risk of being named Augustus Reddenbocker Hansen. Grandpa Hansen made it up from Arizona and we were able to get a 4 generation picture with him. It was a great day!

We had such a memorable time in Utah for Emma's family reunion and especially for Ethan's Blessing.Those that were there know that Ethan was blessed the same day as his Cousin Jacob, it was a special day. Laurel took some awesome family pictures but until we get those We'll just post what we have.(Erin who does Ethan look like in this picture ? )

Reunion Pictures

One of the funnest parts of the reunion was Skit night. We had Emma sitting behind me being my hands, and we were teaching everyone how to make a sandwhich. Let's just say that things got a little messy.

Family Reunion at Bear Lake

Emma's family had a reunion at Bear Lake and we had a blast!!! Ethan met all his cousins for the first time and loved it.
